 Kuldeep’s journey into personal development and coaching stems from his own experiences. “During my college years, I often felt lost and lacked proper guidance,” he recalls. “I struggled to understand my purpose and direction. 

That experience inspired me to become the support system I wished I had during those years.” This deep personal understanding of confusion and uncertainty became the foundation for his work, shaping the empathetic and practical approach he is known for today. In the early stages, Kuldeep began teaching yoga and meditation freely to students. It was not a career but a passion—a way to support others in finding calm and focus. Over time, he witnessed the profound impact these practices had on people’s lives, from improving concentration to enhancing emotional resilience. “Seeing someone transform simply by practicing mindfulness and pranayama was incredibly motivating,” he says. These experiences convinced him to expand his approach, incorporating modern tools like NLP to address deeper challenges such as fear, self-doubt, and lack of confidence. The Bhagavad Gita has played a central role in Kuldeep’s philosophy. Its teachings on discipline, purpose, and inner strength continue to inspire his work. Alongside the guidance of his teacher and his sister, a psychologist, Kuldeep took the leap from his government teaching career to pursue coaching full-time. “I realized my true fulfillment comes from helping others grow, not following a conventional path,” he explains.

Currently, Kuldeep works with clients in Rajsamand, Udaipur, and nearby regions, offering coaching sessions designed to create both practical and lasting inner transformation. His sessions often begin with meditation and pranayama to calm the mind, followed by NLP techniques to help clients overcome fears, manage stress, and gain clarity in their personal and professional lives. 

The combination of these methods ensures that clients leave with not only immediate solutions but also tools for sustained growth. What sets Kuldeep apart is his ability to create genuine connections. “I focus on building a comfortable and positive environment where people feel heard and supported,” he says.

He holds a certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), received the State-Level Prize from the National Service Scheme (NSS), and authored the book Awaken the Inner Warrior, which inspires readers to embrace courage, discipline, and self-awareness. At present, Kuldeep offers personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs. He is also preparing to launch a program focused on Vedanta and the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, aimed at making ancient wisdom accessible and practical for modern learners seeking clarity, balance, and inner growth. 

His mission is deeply inspired by the moment when Lord Krishna guided Arjuna during his confusion and emotional turmoil, helping him regain clarity and the mental strength to fulfill his duty. In the same spirit, Kuldeep aims to help 10 million people become mentally strong, resilient, and self-aware, while also training and empowering 5,000 mental health coaches who can support individuals and spread awareness about mental well-being.
